I personally call it K/S, so i guess I’m an elder. lol I feel like Spirk removing the / is removing the history behind the /. But I’m from a time when the smushnames were only in soaps where they came from and i generally dislike them as a whole. But I’m old like that. LOL
Portmanteaus were in soaps fandom? I really only got into online soap fandom after JLo/Ben 1.0 made Bennifer a thing but I'd never seen it in Western fandom like that before then
