I LOVE WHEELING & I LOVE DEALING Once again, WARHAMMER FANTASY 4X FOCUSED ON EMPIRE I want to deal with wealthy burghers, nobles, military orders, temples, mage colleges, halflings of the Moot, and however many other factions you can cram into the game.
I want to make elector counts vote against their better interests I want to make MILITARY REFORMS I want to increase patrols in the horrid dark woods and incidentally improve my light cavalry via amble road veterans I want change policy to make Wood Elves chill out
