Fair. My point still stands - if you do business with Network Solutions, move your dang account!! No one who works with a company should have to wait 24-48 for proper assistance with ANYTHING like this. This is ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCY.

I think part of the problem is, the current staff cannot legally prove they are the owners either, as the owner is dead, and the website and servers and everything can be parced out as part of the estate debt.
