Aja was a big fan of those, his second movie was a remake of Craven’s Hills Have Eyes. He brings a great style to even the cheesiest movies. Sitting down for another Beetlejuice showing right now. Sister wanted to see it, she just caught the musical a few months ago. 😄

It was better than I expected! Very tense, suspenseful with a wry sense of humor. Glad they waited until the final act for all the ‘showdown,’ ‘captive’ stuff. The buildup was a lot of fun. Aja’s a fine director, he’s done a lot of enjoyable b-movie style horror flicks.

I prefer doing all my Internet and social media stuff on a desktop or laptop if I can. Better in every way (especially typing out a message) save for convenience. Seeing Speak No Evil here shortly. Not looking forward to the big crowd but it might be my only shot this weekend.

Yeah, I need to start saving things more often. The short term memory isn’t as reliable as it used to be. If my phone or desktop ever logs off the Twitter account I guess it’s gone. About to try and get Threads up and going on my iPhone.

I got it, I was mostly scared I’d already forgotten my new login and password. I can’t put my Twitter account on the new laptop because I can’t remember my password nor the email account I used to create it.

Awesome! I'll probably get to it this weekend. Though I'll be busy, got more family coming in to visit for a week Monday. I've got to get threads on my new laptop. Hopefully will post there a little more over the next couple days.

Just followed her. 👍 Speak no Evil this weekend. Saw a couple other new titles but their reviews are nothing to write home about; The Killer's Game and The Critic. Another new one ended up being a manga/anime flick, Dan Da Dan. No idea about it!
