Seems more in the realm of a Simpsons gag than a serious response, yikes!

I wonder if the Simpsons guy at least got paid... I've reviewed a few papers and I've never seen raw data w/ the paper. Though I've never thought of asking for it really 🤔 That seems more like an "internal, paid, data analyst" job than an "external, volunteer, closely-related-field scientist" job.
