Amendments were approved this Wednesday by Coreper, and still need to be rubber-stamp by ministers (possibly at next week's Ecofin meeting)
The new rules also make it possible to participate to an hearing through videoconference, and to broadcast hearings and judgements (some proceedings are already broadcasted, but this is not foreseen in the current rules)
Important caveats: - the member State or the Commission can request that the statement is not published - publication would anyway happen only after the judgement is delivered
