Cooper has this going too- he’s wrapping up his last term and can’t run again anyway. I like Buttigieg better bc he is such a good orator, but Cooper would help Dems win NC. I think Harris/Buttigieg ticket would cause the GOP to melt down and their message would turn into bigotry/hate
