There are LC symptom management tools, but that is distinct from mitigation tools, and that's CERTAINLY not equivalent to prophylactic measures. If someone says a vaccine "prevents long COVID," or a nasal spray "prevents COVID," they are misusing these terms and communicating erroneous info.
A vaccine lessons impact of a COVID infection on your body, which may decrease your *risk* of long COVID, but does not prevent developing it. A nasal spray reduces the viral load in your sinus cavity on application, but it does not *prevent infection.* It's not a condom that lets you raw dog air lol
