While the ability to swap between 35 and 50mm ammunition is an interesting capability I doubt it would have been of real practical use as 35m is enough to deal with pretty much all they are expected to fight anyway. 3/3

A - Had the Marder 2 been developed further and adopted in the 90's then I do think it could have been a good IFV. As of the late 2010's however it would already be in need of an MLU to integrate a lot of the tech we already see on the Puma. 2/3

Q - What’s your opinion on the Marder 2 IFV, in particular its armament (35/50mm) cannon? Do you think that it should have been chosen for the Puma considering that it doesn’t really need to fit into the A400M anymore? 1/3

They have found some really interesting and unique solutions the problems they face and honestly do not get the attention from the military enthusiast community that they deserve, 2/2

A - As it stands now I do believe the European NATO countries could defeat Russia in such a scenario purely based on the difference in economic muscle. Europe can simply outspend the Russian army into the dirt. 2/2

Q - In the hypothesis of a Russian invasion of Poland and Baltic countries in the near future and if in breach of NATO rule, the US refuses any involvement or help, do you think European have any chance to counter the Russians on the battlefield ? 1/2

Q - Is Brugge really the most magic and magnificent town to visit in Belgium over autumn? Probably but I would not be the best judge of that as I have not been to Brugge yet.

Q - What country has the most perfect mechanized force, in your opinion? A - I would say the USA just because I know they are actually ready and fully equipped if shit where to go down.

Q - Please, name your favourite: MRAP, military Truck in terms of field logistics, APC, IFV, MBT and ATV?! A - Do not that this has nothing to do with their actual capability and is purely based on aesthetics. Dingo 2, MAN KAT-1, M113, Puma, Challenger 1 and the Sherp ATV.
