My parents were not as innocent of racism as they believed, but if one of us had EVER uttered that word?! I flinched when I heard it as if my mother was standing there ready to smack me over the head. He said it. He wanted to say it. He'll say it again. He says it all the time.
I have to wonder if they spend time in the green rooms saying it over and over and over again to try to "get it tout their systems" before going live.
