Shares “anxious thoughts” to adult-kids; they rightfully say: “can you please *not* share that?!” Then (cracks knuckles), I double down by calling them to apologize for telling them my anxious thoughts, which only serves to remind them of the whole thing…and on it goes. 🌀😞 #cautionarytale
