I’m pretty sure that’s just romanesco — yes, it’s a cauli-broccoli hybrid, but it’s better than either. Excellent roasted as folks have been suggesting, it also makes a wonderful pureed soup.

Not sure about that—romanesco has the "fractal" appearance, and this just looks like a green cauliflower.
