I agree w/comment about reporting CVS. I don't know if federal law, but in CA, it's illegal to do bait + switch. I'd write CVS + demand they reimburse you. (I've done that in the past when cheated.) Do they want you posting about this? Cheaper to pay you to STFU. www.cbsnews.com/news/new-cov...
