I lack the confidence in most things to teach myself (I guess I could teach people GMing?), so the impulse to record yourself explaining things is completely foreign to me!
I really admire people who set out to teach others something with no intent of making it a career or anything. I owe my entire professional life to people who make free tools and resources on the internet.

Recently read a book called Feel-Good Productivity. It's got a lot of good tips and experiments in it. The one that I will probably take to heart most is, when I am blocked on something, asking myself "what could I change to make this fun?" Sometimes that's as simple as "put on some music."
Canceled my Friday night Wildsea game. I don't like canceling games that I GM, but I'm starting to learn that running a game I am not prepared for, on a Friday when I'm wiped out by a stressful week, doesn't really serve anyone's interests. Even us forever-GMs have to rest sometimes.
