I see this as an indirect jab at a board he still resents. He failed to embody the decisive, operationally-focused leadership Twitter required. He was out of his depth as CEO so he empathizes with Elon’s mediocrity given his own past shortcomings. He’s still in the driver’s seat of the clown car.

Next era, I hope, is less vain. A public internet that’s more goal-oriented (instead of constantly distracting us), increases digital safety (instead of ad tracker cruft), and makes us healthier (instead of making us depressed).

I partially agree. LLMs are helpful insofar as they reduce blind acceptance. One way might be to create a private, encrypted LLM trained on the patient's unique experiences and challenges.
