Back from Swiss Bakery with a pretzel schnitzel 👀

How do you like the taste (when swapping out the bread with a pretzel)? It looks tasty.

The Swiss tend to make little oblong rolls (Silser brötli or Laugenbrötli) rather than the pretzel shapes, I always found. And in Swiss French, they're sold (with butter and/or fillings) as 'délices', which seems most appropriate.

Looks like someone is putting in the work.

Idk if that's the way it's spelled in the English speaking world, but in the German speaking world, it's spelled Brezel.
