Darn. I don't see a clear path to an en banc reversal. Easterbrook is big on judicial restraint, so I don't see him voting to strike down the law. Sykes won't. So you'd have to hope Scudder or St. Eve does. Don't know enough about either to say where they'd land. But they were appointed by Trump.
