The name chance license is a requirement for non-EEA/UK citizens, so a UK citizen won't have issues there.

That'd be the UK that the Cross-Border Directive doesn't apply to due to Brexit, and would require you to be seeing your GP publicly so they could potentially refer you onto a 10+ year public waiting list there?
