We have two sets of speech rules in this country: one for the far right, which must be protected in case they turn their wrath on others, and one for everyone else, who are subject to the immediate punitive power of the state for any reason or no reason at all
Because, when in power, the right goes on about adding new laws, agianst the will of the majority. And putting in the judges, lawyers, & bureaucracy necessary to keep it there. While the liberal center, when in power, whines about how they cannot do things. And keeps a laissez Faire attitude.

Whatever you do, DO NOT bring this topic up to a real or self proclaimed 1A attorney. They appear to rather see our democracy die and be “right” rather than address or reevaluate 1A jurisprudence in the digital age. They cannot empathize, they don’t listen. This is a good review on the issue.
