How is this not on its face unconstitutional based on citizens united? Not that it's a good precedent, but it would be nice if they were consistent in whether or not money is considered speech...

If your beliefs are strong, ignoring a few loons who disagree with you over small things should be easier. Ironically, this is also how the right coalesces. The right seems to hold beliefs that are belied by facts and aren't subject to change because they are held as a equal to their identity.
