Every NHS trust has dozens of plain stupid digital problems like this one. They are not problems central government can fix. The question is, why aren't senior managers fixing them? Literally, what is stopping this trust from requiring an adequate level of performance from its IT department?
Presumably they should instead hire a team of 20 skilled analysts to research and build a new taxonomy, then parse and code 000,000s of paragraphs of text against it by hand with no computer assistance at all. Excellent value for money I'm sure. I mean a word cloud isn't a bad idea either
