And just like that, I've reached query inbox ZERO! #querystatus. I've responded to every query I've received, most of them personalized. I still have requested submissions to read through before I reopen in (hopefully) a couple of weeks. I learned a lot my first time out:

I started out with 1 or 2 form response templates, but added more as I went to address different, specific issues. For example, a lot of people sent me high fantasy and hard scifi even though I said I wasn't a great fit for those genres. So, I created a form response for those.
