I would just removed it from the main screen tbh Had to delete it before so i could stop using it Now its just in the background for updates and also crospost

I removed it from my homescreen completely, putting Bluesky in its place :D Now if I really wanna doom scroll I have to bring up the apps screen and scroll to the bottom, so I'm less likely to do it out of habit
