I had a lot of fun writing this talk and appreciated the charge from the Board to both look back (to celebrate and learn) and to gaze forward. It has been a delight to see the growth in this community (there are more than 1750 participants, including a large number of first time attendees).

It was also especially meaningful to share this honour with my friend Jasmine Roberts-Crews who gave her fantastic keynote today.
