I like their Orange Dreamsicle flavor, but I'm currently on a Celcius kick when I do have an energy drink.

Besides keeping the "white tail" at bay, that is why I enjoy my brief trips to the tanning salon once a week. Especially during those rude Michigan winter months.

I've been working my way up with interval training 3 times a week with some body weight exercises on the off days. My goal for this first time is a finish time of no greater than 30 minutes. Had to take a week off due to ends of my tibias feeling bruised on the inner side of the knees. 👎

Nice. I have my first 5k (and naked 5k) at the end of June at Turtle Lake Resort in Michigan. Trying to get myself in shape enough to not have to walk any of it.

A friend of mine just bought a place in TLR a few weeks ago. Just some hail and no wind damage. It would have been terrible for it to become a tornadoes play thing right after buying it.

Oh, definitely. I get overheated so much faster if I let the hair grow.

Same reason I keep my buzzed off. That and my hair frustrates me.
