AFAIK it’s just hh:mm am/pm as the format above is standardized 24 hour clock based in Europe. I might be wrong on this :)

Might be an idea to try something new that might interest you, and have a break from teaching, you can always return to that, if you feel that’s your call! But to prevent going down with stress, burnout or depression and the sorts, you might want to explore other options, even if temporary
