For white voters, this election is a referendum: are we OK with racism? Not structural or institutional racism. No CRT or radical scholarship needed to spot it. Plain old in-your-face, I-believe-Black-people-are-inferior, let’s-get-violent-to-put-them-in-their-place racism. So: are we?

Popular vote? No. Electoral? Maybe.

I was explaining the Bradley Effect to neighbors today. They believe the polls are accurate and I’m trying to be realistic.
