It starts with rewriting the tax code, which requires getting more Democrats into the House & Senate (32 Dem seats to defend in 2024, so a challenge!) & winning the Electoral College in 2024 so Biden wins. Doable if we get real majorities. Uphill slog otherwise because of weird Senate rules.
