For real, inflation is utterly bananas over there. The thing I found really striking was the phenomenon of really terrible cafes which just reheated premade dishes from ghost kitchens

The new regime from the Irish Regulator intends to appoint ā€œtrusted flaggersā€ to report content. Hereā€™s how the Irish State did something similar:

Through the press, the Committee extended an invitation to the general public to submit evidence and recommendations - which many did - and sent
"special invitations" to certain organisations, like the Boys' Brigade, the Catholic Writers' Guild, the Irish Vigilance Association and the Irish National Teachers Organisation. Of the 14 organisations invited, only one opined that existing laws were adequate.
