Not that I’d expect to hear rumours about #Budget2024, but I’ve not heard rumours of “increased funding for the ARC”, as recommended in the Universities Accord report. Anything less than a ~50% increase would basically still be a cut from 10 years ago. Needs *at least* doubling!
Anyone else see this weird 'red-bow' last night in nth Canberra? Was just on sunset and apart from being mainly red-tinged also seemed more round than normal! I assume its b/c the light was coming in at a very low angle!
