I put over 100hrs into that game and I don’t think I knew that.

I think I have a successful batch fermenting as we speak! I was doing a few things wrong: I was pitching the yeast into the wort while it was still too hot, and I think I was storing the bottles at too low temp and the yeast wasn’t active. Using raw sugar also might have helped?

My grandfather stepped one while exiting out the back of a tractor. Apparently it ripped his calf muscle out and he almost died. He recovered and he was incredibly lucky. So yeah, don't step on them.

We were also bulldozed by how exhausting it was, even after knowing full well that it would be a lot of work. Puppies are hard man.
