What is this new trend of people trauma-spilling in the comments under virtually every song??
Due to unforeseen logistical gremlins, I may have to go on a forced sabbatical from the shop. The good news is, this means I'll be getting back to music! ☕
I do, fortunately. "Technomantic Strobe", which I still haven't released 😜 Hopefully soon.
Sometimes the titling process is harder than actually creating the song, isn't it? I once whipped up a tune in probably a week, then took MONTHS figuring out what to call it, lol.
Practicing a new opera technique has left me with a lovely punched-in-the-throat feeling in my larynx, so I'm on singing rest until it gets better. 🫖 🍵
It is most retrograde to my desire, but I think I'm about to get really into Shakespeare for the first time. Don't get me wrong, Tolkien's legendarium will always be a top priority, but I'm not going to let it stop me from being an insufferable, quote-spewing nerd ball about another body of work.
I'm currently working on a video game music cover that uses the Shepard scale, and it's quite a challenge. I'm having a lot of trouble getting the illusion to actually work (at the moment, it's obvious when the cycle starts over).
I'll have to check it out some time when I feel mentally strong enough to withstand what I'm sure is an auditory assault, lol.
Hold on...Steven Seagal did a reggae album??? I won't dare listen to it, but I assume it has to be worse than Ethel Merman's disco album, lol.
Yeah, I make everything there, and it's worked out pretty well so far (though I would download a few sound expansions if I thought my computer could handle it, lol).
