Threads is on BBC4 tonight. One of the most shocking, harrowing and downright terrifying TV dramas ever made. Mick Jackson also directed The Bodyguard which is harrowing in a very different way.
Once is quite enough, thank you
I’ve never seen it. From what people say it’s the sort of thing you should see once. Then have therapy.
Thanks for sharing this set to record ✌️ remember watching it in 1984 as a young teenager genuinely disturbing but have long wanted to revisit.
I can’t do it again, but everyone should at least once.
Apparently this is only the 4th time it has been shown. I watched it on all previous 3 and am recording it tonight. I want to watch but it goes on until midnight and it is a school day. Already sleepy and it is not 730!
bought the blu-ray recently after the bsky comments. curious. will have to find a timeslot for full attention it seems.
Seriously I cannot watch that again. It’s a masterpiece but only once for me thanks.Seriously I cannot watch that again. It’s a masterpiece but only once for me thanks.
I'm going to watch it when I get back from seeing Nik Kershaw at the Biko Building tonight. Peak 1984 vibes
Seen it twice, once in 84 , aged 20. Again a couple of years ago. With more life experience it was even worse. here's the restored BBC introduction which was shown before the actual drama. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xph4...
