Wait, I’m confused. If people are sleeping on the streets, then they are not on your grounds & therefore can’t be killed for sport by whoever feels like it, right? Like a big part of “stand your ground” is owning the ground which you are supposedly standing up for

This may very well be the dumbest, least effective and most hateful homelessness legislation I’ve ever seen.
The is so dumb I’d say it’s peak GOP except for all the other GOP behavior.

Aka, make it illegal to live in a way that shows how badly lawmakers have failed to provide for the general welfare.
