A student in my class could submit a lab report from ChatGPT. It could have a clear intro, an analysis of the data, and a discussion of the physical implications and sources of uncertainty. But they would get a zero and an integrity violation because they took credit for words that weren't theirs.

I don't count a report as creating anything tbh. I'm specifically referring to the OP, a SF and Fantasy magazine.
