3. The administration is at fault for treating this university like one more extractive industry in West Virginia. They have hollowed out this place and left it collapsing and poisoned behind them -- the same legacy as this beautiful state's mountains.

And like the lumber, and then the coal, and then the fracking barons of West Virginia -- There has so far been absolutely zero accountability for their abject and obvious failures. Here's something else I know for sure: I refuse to be frightened of them. And I'm not alone.
