Found my first one last week at Rostherne Mere, spreading north and a lovely critter.

Totally agree another poor start to the season, things can only get better 🙏🏻

I concur I’d say Willow Warbler. Pale legs and bill. Good supercilliun and pale yellow plumage. 👍🏻
