My wife was at Carolina when he was there. Absolutely sucks.
Replacing 2/3 of the flooring on the first floor. The carpet was beyond disgusting, went with eco friendly engineered flooring, hopefully turns out well. 2024 hold landscaping and re-shingle the whole roof.
