I'm a first-time bee keeper starting this year, so I could be wrong 😬. Very glad of any and all feedback. If I have this wrong (likely!) I have spare plywood, so I'll remake the base with just one hole 👍

P.S. what's not showing is the quilt which would sit inside this box.

Not really. I'm in the middle of England, so pretty cool generally. On a standard Warré hive quilt box there wouldn't be a base/floor at all, just a hessian cloth between the top bars and the quilt, so this is actually *less* airflow I think. I could always close up a few holes though.
