So on Ref Watch on Sky Dermot Gallagher totally contradicted himself. He said only reason martinez didn't get sent off was because he didn't make contact with Daichi. But then said he once sent off player for high challenge even though he didn't make any contact. 🤦‍♂️ #cpfc

So wording from PL Match Centre over martinez "challenge" was "Deemed reckless not dangerous as no contact with player". JHC so he has to break Daichi's leg before he'll get red card! 🤦‍♂️ Coote & Kavanagh have lot to answer for if player ends up seriously inj in future! #cpfc #cpfc

Mixed bag. Respecting point as if it wasn't for Deano we could've had bit of mountain to climb 2nd half. Got into it 2nd half with substitutions, JPM & AW were struggling. Could've won it with Eb's. Annoyed martinez not SO as if it had been us u know it would've been RC! #cpfc

Well that was painful! Dominated ball 1st half but only Eddie's well taken goal to show for it. Continued with our laboured play which in end resulted in their equaliser. Very fortunate winner for Eb's. Still as has been commented, a wins a win & we're in hat for next round! #cpfc

Still think it'll take about 10 or 12 games for squad to settle down. Thought ML had decent debut & that EN was really good in his all round play. OG's subs certainly had an impact on game, with DK & IS especially. DH's hesitation on 1st & NC's error on 2nd didn't help so respecting point. #cpfc
