I have some gripes with it, kinda annoyed that they nerfed status effects as much as they did, being able to do statuses to bosses is like the one cool thing Persona/SMT keeps around vs other RPG's, but it's such a wild improvement in every other way. The pacing is also light-years better.

I think some bosses are weak to certain status effects and the chances of inflicting them are higher, but the only part of the game that acknowledges that are the informants
