I feel incredibly blessed that I didn’t lose power, but Spectrum has been stringing us along since we lost internet service in the middle of the night. After 4 attempts to put off a restoration time they gave up due to software and infrastructure issues. Basically they have no idea how to fix it. 🤦🏻♀️
