Rochester. I’ve taken indirect flights before, but you have to allow a four or five hour connection to clear immigration and TSA. Plus, Rochester gets cancellations a lot. Was thinking of either just driving up I-87/I-90 from NY or coming over from Toronto and crossing at Niagara.
If you like driving and have got time (it seems faster from Toronto but the border crossing time can be unpredictable) both are nice enough drives. There's direct London-Pittsburgh flights too these days too so that could be an option but I don't know that drive.
