I also added the strained soy milk that the pork was cooked in to the main broth. Honestly it was so good. I can’t wait to post this video.

What I found was that is takes away all gamey flavor from pork that you would usually mask with wine or strong sauce. It let me cook it gently with milder spices and some salt for fatty pork that was sweet and rich and worked well with the lightness of soy milk.
