Yep. I'm reasonably certain that for like one scene Gorgon had his goat legs, then they just avoided showing him from the waist down for a couple of episodes, then they just gave up and gave him regular legs. Lockjaw used up most of the effects budget, I think.
Yeah, they leaned into that, though mostly it just resulted in her not really being able to contribute much to the action (and saved them a lot of money on CGI).
