How many of you buy TTRPGs just to have them as part of your collection. Actually playing is purely optional.

For me, reading and collecting is also part of the hobby 😉
Yeah, I tell my wife it's "Reference" or "Research" but there's a whole lot on the shelves that I'll probably never get around to.

I mean, they'll take it away / the sales will go away / there is a bundle RIGHT NOW TZOMG BUY NOW! Like maybe 100 GB of source books now and 13 banker's boxes?
I feel like collecting the books is one hobby, reading another, and playing them a third, optional remainder.
I mean, the intent to play them is always there. But who has the time?
