so you remember the trailer for the BBC thriller about the unstoppable train, which everyone pointed and laughed at? I'm an episode and a half in and it is objectively awful and I'm loving every second of it

Just finished it. Loved it. Sounded a terrible idea for a series, but was gripped.

Same here. I watched during a period of terrible stress at work and it was such a nice and silly distraction. It didn't have American costumes and lighting, so I could actually watch it.

I can't decide whether the makers deliberately made it this terrible, just because they knew it'd get more attention. If so, kudos to them.

I am sort of wondering what else could happen in the plot 🙄

I still can’t get over the radio ads talking about how the train could go anywhere!!! It LITERALLY CAN’T IT’S ON RAILS BECAUSE IT’S A TRAIN. In The Night Garden has a more plausible premise.

I asked teen if they wanted to watch it, given they loved Bullet Train, and got a ‘meh’. From the bits I’ve seen it seems like Torchwood but Trains.

Decided to give it miss as I knew I would get sucked in despite my better judgement ☺️

It is brilliantly entertaining as long as you suspend reality, logic, common sense etc etc,

I saw 25 minutes of ep3 with my in laws. Spent ages slagging it off then obviously stayed up til 2am the next night watching... Agree with your description it's compellingly bad. More Spooks than LoD I thought.
