> 💙📚 A dream, nightmarishly came to me. Twitter writing friends said such dreams are for the WIP. ? Can I write it? The nightmare still rattles me to my core. No dogs, no fence, no f'ing plagiarizing! The nightmare had it all. Readers have told me it's their favorite part. Hmm. I wrote it!
> 💙📚 So conflict, eh? I read Breakfast of Champions many years ago. A scene where the MC is walking along a sidewalk. A fence is right near them. Somehow, in word, Mr. Vonnegut shocked me as a yard dog leapt at the fence, bowing the fence and barking angrily. Writing such a scene became a focus.>
💙📚 When I wrote my debut, I dove into research. I read that without conflict there is no book. 1/3 into my first draft, a work devoted to giving characters to readers that were all the best sort. Maybe you know someone that is such a kind, gentle soul, you decided to memorialize such rare beauty.>
2024, the year I watched all the Star Wars episodes for a second viewing, including Rogue One and Solo. then watched 2 to 9 in order including Solo and Rogue One. tonight the last hour of ep. nine completes it. While I've loved them all, I did sense Space Balls moments in the last three episodes.
In 47 years living in this tiny subdivision and I have never seen one of these around here. We used to live near a creek, when I was younger, and in that time when I set my novel. They were common there. Not here. And dig this little critter!

A book culled from the mind of an eleven year old! This book is a reader's adventure, science fiction like no other and an eleven year old's story that is tropeless because that young person kept it real. Well, as real as historical fiction can be. 🫶 💙📚 www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0DB...
