Feeling saltier than normal this Remembrance Day. Hard to articulate, part of me hates to see the huge gap between how strongly Canadians feel about RD, and how little they care about CAF or veterans issues the rest of the year (judging the absence of either in political issues). Just me? #CanMilSky
I recently discovered that the original policy was still in place and was worried how it would affect some collegues. I hope they find a positive solution. Hybrid works where it works, many more options than 2 days a week that I'm certain can be managed at a lower level than TB.

Link to referenced Directive? I'd love to read what it says to see if it, in fact, is ridiculous. Or if it is striving to be inclusive as possible. Prayer and reflection can be the same thing, but do not have to be. I've heard references to the directive, but editorialized descriptions only.
That much is clear...but I wonder if it's boredom, senior leaders looking for solid inputs for their annual performance appraisal, etc. Occam's razor says it's probably just the local commander trying out what he just read in the Russian equivalent of Clausewitz.
