Judge Merchan is reading Trump memes reposted by prospective jurors into the record and periodically apologizing for any offense given. The latest: "Trump invites the Thai boys to the White House, and the boys request to return to their cave."

This is probably the first time he hasn't been shielded from mockery since the Obama speech at the WH Correspondents' Dinner. I'm sure he'll handle this with similar calm and grace.

Is there any way to make this meme reading process last through the summer? Absent that, just require him to attend all court proceedings for all cases until the end of (his) time?

Is he reading them slowly and deliberately, in a deadpan voice? Is he pausing occasionally to look up at Trump when he gets to a good bit?

Was it required for prospective jurors to provide SM profiles? Or is it on each side to dig around?
